Digital Account Manager to join its ever-growing Digital Team.

Your role as Digital Account Manager will see you working across two key accounts one commercial and one charity and you will be supported and encouraged to strike the balance between creative thinking and analytical thinking, helping clientspush the boundaries of what's possible to deliver and achieve outstanding campaign outcomes.

This is a
cross-channel position and will suit you if you come from a strong search background and you are either happy to add social and display to your skill set or if you already have these, and you're keen to evolve them even further.

You'll be very hands-on with campaigns across all three channels, and they'll be plenty of support from the Account Director in any areas that you are short on experience.

You enjoy
taking ownership of the client relationship and this willbe underpinned by your close collaboration with the Client Services Team,

Working as the Digital Account Manager, you have one direct report a Digital Account Executive, and they will also provide you with ongoing support in a number of key areas including campaign builds, optimisation and reporting.

Upon starting at the agency a
personal development plan will be put in place for you with regular reviews to make your journey to success as smooth as possible.

In addition to this if you enjoy sharing your expertise there are various initiativesto help you bring this to the wider community in the agency.
