Description

Transvalair, are one of the UK's premier independent freight forwarding and logistics specialists with sites throughout the UK and due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Advisor at our depot in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a small team delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external individuals.

Respond to enquires both by inbound and outbound calls.

Internal reporting, both daily and monthly including consolidation reports.

Key skills required:

Excellent Organisational and communication skills both verbally and written
Proactive team player, Selfmotivated with a positive attitude
Computer literate
:working knowledge of Excel is paramount:
Ability to work under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You'll be passionate about building great relationships with both colleagues and customers

Whilst the role does not require previous industry knowledge or experience, it is important that you are willing to learn and understand the business and services we offer to be able best assist with enquiries.
