ACosts Draftsperson vacancy has arisen within the Manchester office of a top 100 UK law firm.

The Costs Team handles a diverse mix of costs work which includes clinical negligence, personal injury commercial and solicitor/ client matters and court ofprotection.

Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload
Liaising with clients
Upholding firm's service standards and providing complete client satisfaction
Maintaining current and working knowledge of costs law and civil procedure rules
Bills of costs, points of dispute, replies, budgets, advices, negotiations
