GENERALIST TUTOR - MULTI SITE

Location:
HMP Downview, Sutton Ln, Sutton SM2 5PD (and other sites in the region)

Hours:37.5 per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary:
Up to £34,000 per annum - Subject to experience

Milton Keynes College have an opportunity for a passionate Teacher/Tutor who believes in the power of transforming lives through learning.

If you can effectively engage with learners and can demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, we would like you to be part our education team based primarily at HMP Downview but with the expectation to assist with cover across other sites in the region (Kent/Surrey/Sussex region).

The role will involve delivery in the Education departments, some Outreach delivery on the wings and travel across prison sites to support the needs of the business.


As a Regional Generalist Tutor based at HMP Downview, travel time to other sites would be factored in to your working week with us.

Education is delivered all day Mon-Thurs and wraps up by lunchtime on Fridays, so you always benefit from an extended weekend
