Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, motivated individual to join the EB Team as their coordinator.

The EB Service is one of two national center's in England Wales, which provides specialist, expert care to children, young people and their families.


We require an individual who can support nursing and secretarial colleagues in many tasks such as, coordination of theatre cases and clinics, liaising with the Multidisciplinary team and minute taking for meetings.


There is an expectation the post holder will also be involved in collating data and producing evaluation reports of satisfaction surveys and audits.

You must be able to work independently and have the ability to prioritise a changing workload.


The post holder will work closely with the EB Team and all relevant staff members and will provide comprehensive professional and confidential clinical and administrative support to the EB Team.

The post holder will assist the EB Team with the management of clinics, theatres and other clinical needs. The post holder will work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

The post holder will also support in clerical duties to ensure the efficient and effective running of the EB service.

The post holder will also respond to enquiries from other health professionals, patients and their families.
