My client is an established law firm in Portsmouth, Hampshire, that is looking for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a busy department in this critical hire.

You'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (1+ years' PQE) with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post-completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity releasefor freehold and leasehold properties.

You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.

In return for your hard work, the successful Residential Conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and supportto develop your career.
