Job description
Would you like to work for a fast-growing Influencer marketing company connecting brands and influencers together and helping to build campaigns?

Four Stroke Media is looking for an Influencer and campaign specialist to help us grow into existing and new markets with our clients.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage the planning and execution of our clients influencer marketing activity. Helping to source new influencers for their campaigns as well as working with our current roster of managed talent. We are looking for someone with initiative, passion and ideas who can help drive our growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, organisation and execution of influencer activity for our clients
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with influencers and clients
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns for our clients
  • Create contracts, negotiate fees and oversee deliverables and content with influencers and clients
  • Report on and analyse influencer performance against key KPIs
  • Manage influencer orders, gifting and product send outs in collaboration with our clients
  • Monitor and report on relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to the Managing Director
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to scope out and action new opportunities
  • Support with inhouse marketing including improving SEO and social media growth

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Honest, transparent and able to deal with people in an empathetic manner
  • Social media and technology savvy with experience creating content online
  • Strong interest in Automotive, Technology, Gaming, Health, Fitness or Nutrition with an awareness of trends and everchanging media landscape (Desirable)
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with the ability to work and think independently
  • Ability to quickly and successfully adapt to our clients changing work methods
  • Comfortable collaborating and leading crossfunctional projects and representing our business in both internal and external meetings
  • Analytical skills to report on and analyse performance to KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business management/Marketing or equivalent (Preferable but not a necessity)
