R_ Senior Managing Consultant - Incident Response Advisory

- Our client takes an analytical, datadriven, and financial approach to help our clients Understand, Measure, and Manage their cyber risk.
- The Senior Managing Consultant UK&I will lead the delivery of a range of complex cyber risk and resilience projects with clients and will contribute to the overall development of the practice.
- The individual will work closely with the Heads of Incident Response, Resilience and Cyber Risk, and the international and global cyber risk leadership across both consulting and insurance placement teams to support strategy, proposition development, sales and delivery activities.

- Lead client facing engagements in and around the topic incident response and preparation using your experience in live incidents and crises situations to develop pragmatic solutions, raise awareness and develop our clients capabilities in relation to responding to serious cyber attacks
- Oversee the management of complex cyber consulting projects
- Lead the development of incident response related cyber security consulting services and propositions, collateral and supporting marketing activities (e.g. seminars, mailings, etc.), in conjunction with Marsh internationally
- Lead the delivery, and/or review of research relating to incident response for business development purposes.
- Provide support to the practice leadership to enhance the current consulting propositions.
- Develop and effectively deliver complex written and oral communications, such as project deliverables and thought leadership pieces.
- Significant experience in managing security incidents, crisis management and risk management.
- Experienced in investigating security breaches and security incident resolution.
- Experience with Security Incident response frameworks such as NIST and SANS
- Understanding of information assurance standards and frameworks including CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, Cyber essentials/Essentials Plus, GDPR.
- Ability and willingness to speak directly to clients, articulate propositions and identify/pursue business development opportunities
- Ability to present complex technical details in a simple business context.
- Good presentation and moderation skills
- Evidence of analytical expertise and thought leadership in cyber security
- Knowledge of cyber insurance is very helpful but not essential.
