You'll be at the absolute centre of our HQ finance team, liaising on a daily basis with internal colleagues and suppliers alike. You'll need a sharp eye for detail, as well as being able to adapt with our ever evolving response to deliver fantastic support to our 45 academies.

We're a busy, fast paced team, so you'll need to hit the ground running Ideally you'll be working towards the full AAT qualification, and/or have the practical experience of having worked in a similar role for the last 2 years.- As an outward facing member of the finance team, you must possess fantastic communication skills, be proactive and resilient to the day to day challenges of education finance.

We'll support your development and give you plenty of opportunities to enhance your skills along the way and you'll benefit from our flexible hybrid working pattern from day 1.
