Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and followups with professionalism
  • Inspect damaged vehicles to provide accurate repair estimates
  • Prepare and present repair quotes to customers, explaining the costs and necessary work
  • Liaise with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure smooth processing
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure all necessary materials are available
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to customers

About you:


  • Have excellent communication and written skills
  • Be selfmotivated and proactive, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasm
  • Able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team
  • Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
  • Experience of working in a customerfacing role and a valid drivers' license is essential
  • Experience working in a bodyshop or automotive repair environment, with specific experience in SMART repairs
