Dynamics CRM Support Consultant - £45,000

A Birmingham based organisation who specialise in providing software solutions within the fuel distribution industry are looking for a CRM Support Consultant to join their team.

You will work closely with end users to provide 1st and 2nd line support.

You will have experience working on a support desk where you are responsible for logging tickets to resolve issued on Dynamics CRM.

The client are offering a salary of £45,000 and hybrid working where you will be required on site in Birmingham 2 days per week.

To apply, you should have:

Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE.
Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.
Experience troubleshooting.
Experience escalating issues when required.
Strong communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
