As a result of continuing growth in student numbers, as well as offering increasing levels of school to
school support to schools both within our Trust and externally, we are seeking to appoint an
experienced leader to enhance our Senior Leadership capacity.

Arrow Vale is an 'outstanding' school in all categories (Ofsted - May 2014 and again in December 2018).
As part of the Central Region Schools Trust, we work closely with a number of other local schools
providing seamless education for all students age 3-19. The collaborative nature of the Central Region
School's Trust will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to lead cohesive and consistent
learning experiences for all students.

You will have proven qualities in both teaching and leadership, with the drive and ambition to
complement the skill-set of the leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with
Senior Leadership experience.
