An exciting opportunity now exists within our finance team for an experienced Accounts Assistant & Sales Administrator at our dealership in Wakefield.


What will I be responsible for?

Accounts & Sales Admin Responsibilities:

  • Daily banking.
  • Purchase ledger invoices.
  • Bank statement reconciliation.
  • Monitor he annual leave system and attendance register.
  • Fling and adhoc accounting.
  • Uploading vehicle details onto the system, listing prices correctly and vehicle information.
  • Create the vehicle database and maintain it.
  • Maintain administrative and record keeping systems, procedures and standards.
  • Process documentation relating to the ordering of a sale and delivery of vehicles.
  • Ensuring relevant checks are carried out and the prompt processing of orders.
