An exciting opportunity now exists within our finance team for an experienced Accounts Assistant & Sales Administrator at our dealership in Wakefield.
What will I be responsible for?
Accounts & Sales Admin Responsibilities:
- Daily banking.
- Purchase ledger invoices.
- Bank statement reconciliation.
- Monitor he annual leave system and attendance register.
- Fling and adhoc accounting.
- Uploading vehicle details onto the system, listing prices correctly and vehicle information.
- Create the vehicle database and maintain it.
- Maintain administrative and record keeping systems, procedures and standards.
- Process documentation relating to the ordering of a sale and delivery of vehicles.
- Ensuring relevant checks are carried out and the prompt processing of orders.
