We have an exciting role available for an Office Assistant / Receptionist
, working for a well-established accountancy firm in the centre of Hull.


Competitive salary of around £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits such as a Christmas shutdown, regular pay reviews, and a quarterly early finish with social events to thank you for your work.


You'll also be joining a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment with excellent training and development and a focus on progression.


Working in a busy office, you'll support the team with duties such as answering phone calls, reception duties, filing and preparing business documents.


This role would suit you if you are a team player, someone who is organised and willing to learn with excellent communication skills.

Some of the Office Assistant / Receptionist duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival to the office
  • Keeping electronic client files up to date
  • Dealing with post
  • Reception duties
  • Handling petty cash and office supplies
  • Data Input and Administration using company database
  • Printing, copying and scanning
  • General administration duties


The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hours lunch, earning a salary of around £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.
