As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business objectives.

This position is located in London, UK to support Beatport's Global Marketing team. Fluency in English both written and verbal is required for this role.


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and configure Salesforce platform to support business processes and workflows.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure the platform is optimized for performance and efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

Qualifications:


  • 4+ years hands on experience with SFMC
  • Experience leading integration projects.
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA.
  • Proficient in SQL, AMPScript, and other scripting languages used in Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM, and experience with data integration concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
