Span Training & Development is a UK Based Training Provider situated in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. We specialise in Customer Service, Management, Hairdressing, Team Leading and many other training programmes. We are expanding our Hairdressing division of the business and are looking to recruit a full time
Hairdressing Educator/Assessor within the
Buckinghamshire &
Berkshire region.

Our ideal team member will be an energetic, creative and highly skilled Hairdresser. This job is a great fit for somebody who has experience of in-salon training and supporting Hairdressers and Apprentices.


This role is ideal for someone who wants to move away from the salon environment but stay within the Hairdressing industry.

It's a great opportunity for you to share your wealth of knowledge and experience with others who are excited to start or progress their career.


You will be responsible for your own group of trainees and for the delivery of effective training, ensuring each individual meets their qualification goals.

This will include training and supporting Apprentices with any Functional Skills that they may require.


Requirements:

NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Hairdressing:


  • NVQ Level 3 in Barbering (desirable but not essential):

Assessing/Teaching qualifications:

Maths & English GCSE (or Equivalent):


  • Enthusiasm and commitment are a necessity You're supporting Apprentices to achieve their career goals:

Must hold a full UK driving license as travel is required:


  • A knowledge/understanding of Awarding Bodies (desirable)
This is a full time position with a starting salary of £23,000-£27,000 dependant on experience. A laptop and mobile phone will be provided and an extra day off is given for you Birthday

Working hours are Monday - Thursday & Friday

£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
