Tour Administrator


Our well-established client, who specialise in school ski travel packages, and educational tours across the alps and other worldwide destinations are looking for a Tour Administrator to join a hardworking and focused team.

The role is to help cover manyof the administrative aspects of the business and become part of a team who all have a passion for travel.

Based in Burgess Hill the position is office based, however there may be some flexibility down the line.

The position is initially a 3 to 6-month contractwith a potential option to become a permanent role and would suit someone with previous finance experience and wants exposure or has a passion for the Travel industry.


The Duties

  • To assist with the administration of our School tours to Europe and Worlwide
  • Collection of passenger details from schools for entry onto company reservation system
  • Liaise with school party leader re special requests, rooming requirements, invoice queries etc
  • Issuing Sales Invoices
  • Booking excursions for tours.
  • Checking and issuing tour Itineraries
  • Liaise with tour suppliers, (hoteliers, excursion providers)
  • Other Ad hoc duties
