Description

I am currently looking to recruit passionate Outbound Sales Agents in the Southend area for a developing new team within the financial service organisation.

You must be a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys a challenge.

There will be no cold calling as you will be generating business through warm leads from customers who have expressed an interested online or previously purchased products.

Key Responsibilities:

Making highvolume outbound sales calls both manually and via a dialler system
Prioritising workloads to ensure optimal performance and productivity
Work towards individual and team performance objectives
Identify customers' needs, provide, and sell products which meet their requirements

Must Haves:

Excellent telephone manner
Previous sales experience in a target driven environment
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent attention to detail
Strong listening skills
Ability to work under pressure

Salary:
£25,000 (OTE £33,000) Uncapped Commission

Operational Hours:

9am to 8pm Monday to Friday / 9am to 5pm Saturday
Contracted hours will be between these times and 1 in 3 Saturdays
