HR SuccessFactors Product Professional
Birmingham - hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever, 35k circa plus benefits and developmental opportunities.

BT has invested in our HR landscape and we have partnered with SAP to implement SuccessFactors to give us a market-leading HR system.

This will be one of the largest SAP implementations in the UK with around 170,000 combined users in over 50 countries.


The role holder will be responsible for the in-life management of BT's People Systems specifically SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing & Onboarding covering build and issue management, seeking to optimise the cost to serve and the colleague experience.

Within this hands on role, you'll be working with the I Connect Programme Team.

You'll initially transition ownership of the system from the programme into the BAU operation, continuing to work closely with the HR Transformation as the future systems roadmap is developed and delivered, taking accountability for all in-life functionality.

What are we looking for in our HR SuccessFactors Product Professional?

  • You'll focus on the global processes and system(s) within a specialised area. This could be SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, and the integration of data as well as the Position Org Structure.
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups.
  • Consult and inform key senior stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, and Technology and product vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience.
  • Ensuring that you and your team are informed on the product roadmap and influencing their direction of travel by submitting BT product enhancement requests.

What are we looking for in our next HR Specialist professional? You may have a variety of the below;

  • Experience managing a backlog of problems and initiatives and the ability to prioritise this workload benefits.
  • Endtoend experience working across a service delivery value chain, as well as working knowledge of tools used in a run team environment e.g. ticketing tools, and testing.
  • Experience working in a largescale global organisation, with complex matrix team working and diverse stakeholders. However, this is more desirable than essential.
  • Indepth knowledge of the HR SaaS solution that may include Time Off, Fieldglass or Compensation (again desirable)
  • Experience in requirements gathering and driving true SaaS adoption, as well as SuccessFactors Reporting
