Job description:

Axon Moore are working with an exciting SME, who are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Consultant to join the business on an interim basis to cover whilst they recruit for the perfect permanent Financial Manager.

You will start at short notice, working alongside the outgoing Finance Manager and stay until you can hand over to the permanent Finance Manager.

The role will be for 3 days a week, mostly from home with 1-2 days a month as a minimum in the London office.

The role is outside IR35.

Duties:

Work closely with the Directors / Managers to support business decisions
Process purchase invoices / sales invoices
Produce a monthly cashflow forecast
Collate monthly payroll details
Review Capex
Produce VAT returns
Assist with auditors
Produce any ad hoc reports

Person specification

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant
Previous experience within a similar role
Strong numeracy and analytical skills, comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High levels of motivation, flexibility and the ability to work on own initiative with a drive for excellence and attention to detail.
Personal flexibility to travel when necessary.
