We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Residential Team Leader to join our highly dedicated and welcoming team at Welland in Barnstaple.

The current hours are 37 hours per week.


We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis 07.00am to 14.45, 14.30 to 22.00, Sleeps and Waking nights from 22.00 to 7.00am and our homes are open 365 days a year.

This post also attracts enhancements for unsocial working hours:


  • Starting rate at £13.66 per hour, rising to £15.2
  • Overnight is £18.21 per hour, rising to £20.3
  • Saturday is £20.49 per hour, rising to £22.8
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays are £27.32 per hour, rising to £30.52
