Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Contract Administration Executive, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including the chance to join a collaborative and inclusive team.


The Contract Administration Executive will be responsible for managing and processing all customer contracts, enquiries and pricing requests while maintaining contractual compliance and high levels of customer satisfaction for the Siemens and 3rd-party Contract teams.


In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work on the P58 SAP project team to support all cleansing activities, contract structure design, process documentation ahead of the migration
  • Deliver tasks associated with the Contract and 3rdparty contract departments, including internal contract management, maintenance of customer pricing, generating new quotations, monthly invoicing, and the resolution of customer price queries
  • Provide support to the 3rdparty contract business by managing the daily report of blocked invoices
  • Support and digitalise the annual price increase project from start to end which includes sensitive communications with regards to the management of customer queries.


To apply, you will need relevant experience, and the ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, staying calm under pressure.


The following are also required:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team
  • A degreelevel education or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite particularly Excel (intermediate level)
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
