Description
A great credit control role has opened up. This is an interim role initially with opportunity for longer term. The position is based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and is offering £25,000 to £28,000

You will be part of a supportive, dynamic and fast pace team


Description

Duties include:

  • Managing assigned accounts
  • Chasing overdue debt
  • Investigating and resolving disputes to secure payments
  • Processing refund payments to the client
  • Resolving unallocated receipts/credit balances
  • Preparing and issuing consolidated invoices
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

  • Have previous experience working within a credit control role essential
  • Have previous experience working within a fast pace and high volume role essential
  • Be able to build and maintain relationships essential
  • Have a proactive attitude desirable
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team desirable
