Marketing & Content Executive


Key Responsibilities for Marketing & Content Executive:

As the Marketing & Content Executive at Trinity Create, you'll be a central figure in propelling our agency's marketing efforts forward, with a focus on social media, PR, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Your core responsibilities will involve crafting engaging written content for a variety of client projects, identifying valuable PR opportunities, and ensuring that all activities are in line with client objectives and KPIs.


You'll be deeply involved in content development, ranging from marketing materials, press releases, articles, to video scripts, working in tandem with graphic designers, photographers, content writers, and social media creators to produce compelling and effective content.

Building and nurturing client relationships will be a fundamental aspect of your role, with a focus on clear communication, goal achievement, and client satisfaction.


You'll be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and oversight of content, PR activities, and marketing strategies, ensuring they align with client goals.

This will involve close collaboration with your direct Line Manager and attending client meetings to gather briefs, present creative work, and ensure there's a mutual understanding of project objectives.


Working alongside the PR and Marketing Manager, you'll help in researching, planning, and scheduling detailed campaigns, encompassing PR, marketing, and social media strategies.

You'll provide comprehensive campaign support, manage project timelines, compile reports, and maintain regular communication with clients as directed by your Line Manager.


Your role will also involve monitoring campaign results to ensure quality and adherence to client expectations, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.

You'll assist in preparing publicity materials, coordinate with media outlets, and work with your Line Manager to build and maintain relationships with media professionals, enhancing Trinity Create's presence across various platforms.


In addition, you will track and analyse trends using analytical tools, generating reports on activities and campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement.

Managing community relations initiatives, organising events, and addressing any reputation crises promptly will also be part of your responsibilities.


Your proactive approach to cross-departmental collaboration and commitment to maintaining open and effective communication within the Trinity Create team will be instrumental in achieving our shared objectives and driving the company's success forward.

Building and maintaining close working relationships with colleagues across different departments within Trinity Create is essential. Proactively engage with team members to facilitate collaboration and ensure seamless integration of content strategies with other marketing initiatives.


Managers/Directors/Heads of Departments:

Establishing a rapport with other team members, managers, directors, and heads of departments is imperative. Work closely with them to align marketing, social and content strategies with overall business/client objectives.


Assist on projects that may fall outside your immediate skill set, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the broader organisational goals.


Cross-Departmental Projects:

Demonstrate proactivity by actively seeking opportunities to participate in cross-departmental projects.

Put yourself forward for initiatives that promote interdepartmental collaboration and contribute to the overall growth and success of Trinity Create or clients' ROI.

Engage in educational programmes and workshops to enhance skills and promote synergy across different teams.


By fostering positive relationships and actively participating in cross-departmental endeavours, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and achieving collective success at Trinity Create.


Additional Information:

This role requires time to be spend working off site in our clients' premises.

This role may require occasional travel within the UK meet with clients.


There will be occasion that you will be required to work outside of your normal day to day activities to hit deadlines of critical support requirements.
