Description
Gemini ARC requires an office assistant/receptionist for a busy, fast paced environment.

You will report to the Marketing Executive in the first instance, and assisting the directors in equal measures.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Drafting memos & letters
  • Handling petty cash & banking
  • Taking notes & minutes
  • Greeting customers, visitors & suppliers
  • Preparing the meeting room & supplying refreshments
  • Answering phones & taking messages
  • Running errands for head office
  • Keeping the meeting room tidy & organised
  • Assisting directors with admin tasks & any other duties required
A full, clean driving licence is essential.


Salary:
From £20,020.00 per year
