The Role you will be doing;
- Support the achievement of team and departmental revenue objectives, and business strategy.
- To support the sales channel team in selling company products and services to new and existing customers
- Establishes and maintains a high level of efficiency and accuracy, so customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
- Handles inquiries about product, pricing, order expediting, and customer relations.
- Handles incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Pays close attention to details and accuracy while processing orders.
- Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry and maintains accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications within the CRM.
- Keeps knowledgeable and uptodate on changes and developments of product lines.
- Ensures that feedback is relayed to the manager should any of the standards or procedures require change due to system or business requirements.
- Delivers on productivity KPIs.
About you;
- Flexible to work any of the following shift patterns between**:
- (08:00
- 16:00, 15:30
- 00:00, 10:00
- 18:00, 13:30
- 22:00)
- there is a home/hybrid office working system available, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.**:
- Good organisation skills a desire to prioritise and deliver in an efficient, effective way.
- Ability and willingness to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Values being part of a team sharing with and learning from other team members.
- High ethics and standards.
- Good problemsolving skills, resolving tasks and issues.
- Flexible and enthusiastic, handles ambiguity if needed.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work within time constraints and within defined expectations.
- Ideally, has sales experience.
- Ideally, experience using an enterprise CRM system, and order entry (CPQ) system.
- GCSE qualifications in English & Maths, grade C or above (or equivalent).
