The Black Boy Inn is a beautiful 4* Inn with 47 bedrooms located within the historic town walls of Caernarfon which is a welsh speaking town.

Our guests are a combination of leisure and corporate, with a high number of return visitors all of whom appreciate our friendly professional service.

You'll need:

Administration and customer service skills
IT skills to work with modern computerised booking and payment systems
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A friendly and professional telephone manner
Patience and tact
The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
A knowledge of the local area
Sage experience desirable
