The Team:

They represent multibillion-dollar investment funds on special situations, private credit investments, merger arbitrage, activist situations, and equity restructurings.

Additionally, the team is a recognised player in international private equity transactions, advising on matters throughout Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and other emerging markets.

Their strong M&A experience spans private equity, energy, renewables, infrastructure, technology, and telecommunications sectors.

The Role:

Joining the London Corporate team, you will play an integral role in high-end corporate work, focusing on public/private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt for equity swaps, take privates, and more.

The team advises multibillion-dollar investment funds on special situations, private credit investments, and regulatory matters.
