Key Responsibilities
Handling day to day property management issues.
Direct management and HR responsibility, including recruitment and training.

Building and maintaining relationships with Heads of Departments and front offices both within Lettings and within Savills as a whole.

Act as an advisor for members of the Property Management team and work alongside the Head of Property Management to make improvements.

Monitor, improve KPIs and handle/respond to complaints.

Key Skills
Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award
Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
Have the ability to multi-task

Team Overview

Our Prime Property Management team work locally across the offices to provide a hands-on property management service to our prime portfolio, dealing with all aspects of the management from move in to deposit release.

The north London team, comprising of two Property Managers and a Team Leader, works across our offices in north west London and into central London.
