Due to retirement we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Aftersales Advisor to join our Family owned Motor Vehicle dealership

We are offering a salary of up to £30000 depending upon skills and experience plus an excellent range of Company benefits.

The Aftersales Advisor plays a key part in the relationship management between the dealership, customer and the manufacturer.


The Main Responsibilities and Duties of the role include:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Checking customers in and out.
• Listen to customer concerns and address them appropriately.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Liaising with the workshop for progress and technical advice.
• Upsell additional services or products to customers
• Updating customers with progress on their vehicle.
• Ensuring all card and cash payments are taken correctly

Skills and Experience required

• Enthusiasm to deliver and continuously improve product knowledge through a dedicated manufacturer training program
• A well presented individual with a desire and character to succeed.
• The passion and desire to achieve the highest standard of customer care, measured through a manufacturer CSI program and customer retention
• A flexible approach with the ability to adjust in a changing / busy environment
• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• You will have good organisation and administrative skills, knowledge of Kerridge dealer management systems would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Full driving License

Previous experience in a Aftersales Advisor capacity is desirable and preferably within a main dealer - full training will be provided to the right applicant.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
