Role:
Senior UX Developer


Location:
office in C.London (this role can be remote with 1-2 visits to the office per month)


Reports into:
Tech Director


Salary:
£60-80k + comprehensive bens package

The Innovation team uses emerging tech to help start-ups and SMEs scale their products


Eg:

  • Using ML/AI to improve speech comms for those who don't have access to Speech Therapists
  • A digital giftbuying experience to raise money for children's charities
  • Building a virtual shopping experience using AR / ML / Photogrammetry

The role:


Main focus areas for this team are that they're looking for someone comfortable across the end to end of UX (from performing user research and engaging in ideation through to designing screens).

They like people who think a little creatively and are comfortablewith uncertainty.

Those who enjoy a more abstract brief and are ok finding the answers as they go Flexible on tooling, they work a lot with Figma and the Adobe suite, so familiarity is a plus but by no means required.
