Duties will include:

Work with client services team to develop and identify opportunities for upselling into our existing client pool
Build strong relationships and understand client business requirements
Keep client information up to date
Keep up to date with all legislative HR and Payroll market changes
Maintain and record client opportunities and prompt wider teams to do so
Identify/suggest changes to improve service to clients
