The post is Personal Support Assistant for Nautilus Care.
Would you like to be part of a unique team, helping people to live independently at home?
The role cosists of providing home care and domestic services at Mariners Park in Wallasey. This will involves supporting residents are our 16 acre village. You will be working with a team of carers helping to support residents in receipt of domiciliary care with all aspects of daily living, including support with domestic, personal care, medication, health, shopping and outings.
We have various contracted hours available between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
The successful individual will need to be confident working alone and will preferrably have a care background.
Purpose of Post
To carry out a range of duties to deliver/facilitate high quality accommodation based care services to residents at the Mariners Park estate which promote their independence, health and wellbeing.
To be able to make referrals and advocate on behalf of the residents and refer any concerns to seniors staff.
To encourage and promote healthily living, social and community activities for residents.
To work as part of a team and participate in the delivery of service objectives as described in the Nautilus Welfare Service Strategic and Departmental Plan.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary:
£10.90-£11.40 per hour
