Job Description:
You will be working with a friendly team with the passion to deliver personal centred care to our clients.
Duties will include:
- Prepare & participate in the first day and last day of induction training ensuring all paperwork is evidenced and uploaded
- Monitor and order uniform for staff
- Collect, scan and store all Care Professional applicant documentation and training materials on sharepoint
- Ensure recruitment files are compliant in line with HI Standards
- Create ID Badges for staff
- Responsible for monthly Recruitment Compliance Audit to ensure all recruitment paperwork is uploaded and filed as per HI standards
- Assist with smooth handover of new Care Professional to Team Leaders

£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
