NEW CLUB OPENING OPPORTUNITY
We have an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Membership Consultant to be part of the pre-sale and opening Team at one of the most exciting clubs to open its doors the UK this year.
Our flagship club will be arranged over three floors, covering 15,000 square feet incorporating some awesome features including: a huge free weights training space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop training zone overlooking Wimbledon - unlike anything else in London It will truly be a one-of-a-kind club and fitness experience.
As well as an industry leading salary there will be a fantastic bonus scheme in place for the pre-sale and opening period.
Who are we looking for?
Experience in the health and fitness sector is preferred.
The role requires a high energy individual who shares our values at Zest Leisure and someone who has the ability to achieve results.

The Membership Consultant will have the chance to work alongside high quality and experienced colleagues to achieve results and have fun whilst doing.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all aspects of the club presale and opening
- Generating leads through multiple channels: outreach, inreach, corporate and various guerrilla marketing techniques
- Undertaking prospect call drives
- Booking tours and appointments with prospects
- Signing up new members
- Dealing with member issues and complaints
- Daily operational tasks and walk arounds
- Ensuring that all gym equipment is kept in good working order
- Ensuring club management software is updated and maintained
- Delivering best in class service at all times

Your Commitment
This role is full time, 5 days a week.
Working patterns are standard per the leisure industry:
a balance of early, mid and late shifts plus one weekend per month. industry.
