Due to business growth, Hooten Pagnell Hall are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to actively assist in the day to day running of the weddings department.
As an assistant you will need to have an exceptional eye for detail and a drive and enthusiasm to direct the team in delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a hands-on role, you will play a key part in supporting the weddings team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of weddings and events from enquiry to their wedding day.
Good communication skills with guests, staff and contractors and the ability to use initiative in problem solving and staying calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of events
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with the sales and operational team to achieve exceptional service and maximise revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Skills:
- Hospitality background with experience in wedding operations
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and vendors
- Exceptional guest service skills to ensure a memorable experience for attendees
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and handle lastminute changes
Hooton Pagnell Hall is a historic house in Hooton Pagnell, near Doncaster, South Yorkshire, occupied by the Warde family since the 18th century.
Nestled within the South Yorkshire countryside, not too far from Doncaster, but deep within the green rolling hills, Hooton Pagnell Hall is a timeless, yet elegant Grade II* listed luxury boutique bed and breakfast, Wedding and Events venue.
