We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Kent.

The Corporate Solicitor role will be working alongside the employment and commercial property teams. It will cover both Corporate and Commercial law and a wide range of small to medium size clients.

Responsibilities will involve (but not be limited to):

Commercial Agreements
IP
Supply Agreements
GDPR
Mergers and Acquisitions
Shareholder agreements

Salary & package:
Generous Salary and package on offer
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (HYBRID / REMOTE working available)

Location:
Orpington
