Fabric Sample Admin


Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Fabric Sample Admin.

As a Fabric Sample Admin, you will be responsible for managing and organising samples, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the team.

This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.


Duties:


  • Receive and log incoming samples into the system
  • Organize and maintain sample inventory
  • Ensure samples are properly labeled and stored
  • Coordinate sample shipments to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sample information, including test results and client details
  • Assist with data entry tasks related to sample tracking and reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Skills:


  • Strong clerical and office skills
  • Proficiency in computerised systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong administrative abilities, including typing and data entry

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
