Evolve is recruiting for a blue-chip Healthcare organisation that bring specialist products to the marketplace across the globe.

Our client is seeking a driven and confident Business Development Manager to join their sales team in managing the developmentof business and sale of their range of surgical equipment in Theatres.

You will also provide support and services to key NHS customers across the North East of England (York, Leeds, Harrogate, Doncaster, Sheffield, Lincoln, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham)

Ideal Requirement for the Business Development Manager

  • You will have a strong sales background in the Healthcare industry.
  • Clinical background would be advantageous.

Role Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager

  • Advising Surgeons and theatre staff with procedures to secure orders and achieve sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with senior level customers.
  • Demonstrate how to use their products in a hospital environment.
