Validation Technician.


This role will assist in the setup, completion, and reporting of validation activities and ensuring they are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Validation Associate will support the development and implementation of the validation master plan and its integration within the E-QMS, during the scale-up and manufacture of products that service the global pharmaceutical markets.

As a Validation Technician you will:

  • Support ISO9001, ISO14001, Exipact, and other international standards as applicable to manufacture in supporting the Bioprocessing industry.
  • Liaising with and assisting technical/engineering departments in the generation of User Requirement Specification (URS) and Function Requirement Specification (FRS) documentation.
  • Development, implementation, and maintaining validation (IQ, OQ, PQ/Product Validation) for all manufacturing processes, plant equipment and other critical systems.
  • Assist the maintenance of the support systems required to maintain the validation system and quality standards.
  • Assist with the creation of validation protocols and reports.
  • Provide validation and qualification support to relevant departments and audits.
  • Assist with deviations, out of specifications, and nonconformities related to validation and qualifications.
  • Participate in change control process relating to validation activities.

_For shift workers_***- Work week and shift: 4 on, 4 off working shift.

What you'll need:


  • A scientific degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements
  • Confident and flexible working attitude, work effectively within an environment that has quickly changing priorities, and deadlines to satisfy customers both internal and external to the organization.
