Stately Strategic Recruitment is currently seeking 3 x Class 2 day drivers for a client in the Trafford Park area

Our client is looking for a flexible and reliable work force to help with in their busy period coming up to Christmas

Job Role/ Requirements

Class 2 driving role working hours are normally Monday to Friday normally 07.30 starts.
This role is within a wellestablished distribution company, will involve multidrop work with approximately 814 drops and may involve some collections.
Daily vehicle checks will be required using a handheld program training will be given. You will be required to report all defects so they can be rectified according to health and safety requirements.
You must have a valid Class 2 licence with uptodate CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digi card. Also 12 months commercial driving experience and be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
Confidence in multidrop work is welcomed but not essential.
Excellent communication skills are needed as you will need to converse with the transport/planning team to make sure all deliveries are made on time.
Must be able to complete and follow simple delivery paperwork or handheld pdas full training will be given if needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm, Temporary contract, Part-time

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour
