Each year we support over 15,000 disabled children, offer over 120 different services and work with about 80 Local Authorities across England.- We are passionate, caring and trusted and our vision is a world in which all disabled children and young people realise their aspirations. We offer support and practical help for families, every step of the way.
About The Role:
***- As an Early Years Practitioner you will be working directly with disabled children, or young people and their families. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding role, and gain a strong sense of achievement.- To deliver high quality child care and play opportunities for disabled children, siblings and their parents/carers accessing KIDS community groups throughout Birmingham.- This role will require you to travel to the following areas: Erdington, Sutton Coldfield, Perry Barr, Yardley, Hall Green, Edgbaston ,Ladywood, Hodge Hill, Northfield, and SellyOak.

About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working directly in an early years settingis desired.
- Good verbal, written and communication skills
- Experience of working with children under 5 in an early years environment
- Experience of working within a team
- Experience of Safeguarding and Child Protection
- Knowledge of age appropriate development of children, taking account ofcultural differences
- Experience of multiagency working and parent partnership
- Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection
- Knowledge of Equal Opportunities
- Knowledge of Data Protection
- Experience working with children with SEND and their families
- Experience of working with children and their families who have English as an additional language
