Resource Scheduler - Transportation - Golborne
- Work with Resource Managers and Coordinators & Operations Teams and regularly review programmes of work to ensure they are resourced effectively & efficiently.
- Assist Resource Managers to develop personnel succession plans for business units for Operatives, Team Leaders & Supervisors.
- Produce periodic reports for Resource Coordinators on weekly/monthly basis as required.
- Liaise with the Resource Analyst to ensure the Power BI Reports are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with Technical Training Coordinators & Operations to ensure that personnel's training requirements which are identified through competency matrix are communicated and delivered.
- Help to ensure that adequate resource with appropriate skills are available to meet the requirements of the regional/business unit.
- Help & support the Resource Managers and Coordinators with recruitment requirements of the business units in accordance with future works identified through Work Winning.
- Involvement in process to appraise and review supply chain resource effectiveness and provide relevant feedback to the business.
- Engage in review processes and constantly work to improve our team's and the wider group's performance
