We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to work on a permanent employed basis, working remotely but accessing an office in Newcastle and supporting an existing team.


Based remotely but meeting monthly with colleagues in a Newcastle office, this role is a busy and varied position focused primarily on residential and commercial buildings.


Chartered status (MRICS or MCIOB) would be advantageous but is not essential, and previous UK based experience as a Building Surveyor is an essential requirement.


You should have experience and working knowledge of engineering, surveying and the architectural and planning practices and procedures for UK buildings.

Skills in contract administration, CDM regulations knowledge and experience working on insurance projects would be highly desirable.

This is a full-time permanent employed position.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
