The Product Executive position provides crucial support to the efficient operation of the Exodus Product team covering administrative and technical tasks, and project work.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager for our Africa region alongside working with Product Managers and Product Executive colleagues.

What you will be doing:


  • Executing capacity management actions as required by the Product team
  • Weekly distribution of collated customer trip feedback
  • Managing the Product Admin Inbox daily
  • Sharing new online trip reviews with the Product Managers for possible responses
  • Loading product information and content to the Content Management System (CMS) that delivers product content to the website. This will include creating new trips and amending existing trips
  • Investigation of Softrip (reservation system) errors and ensuring new trips are ready to go on sale in Softrip
  • Supplier contract management using DocuSign and logging progress and documentation in the Local Operator Database (Airtable)
  • Monitoring and analysis of competitors for trip pricing recommendations (commercial understanding)

What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent from the travel industry
  • The highest level of tenacity, curiosity, and a strong work ethic with a drive to selfdevelop skillsets
  • Excellent listening/communication skills
  • Be proactive, ready to take the initiative and think creatively to tackle challenges and confident to engage with a range of collaborators
  • IT literate (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • A diligent individual with strong attention to detail and an organised methodical approach
