Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an Accountant on behalf of our Leeds based client to join their team on a 3 Month FTC basis initially with a chance for it to be extended.

This role would be ideal for someone who is part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA or QBE and has worked in practice whilst having a focus on the compliance.

You must be able to communicate well and be comfortable speaking to people of all levels both internally and externally.


Duties:


  • Preparation of year end accounts
  • Providing technical guidance to junior staff members when required
  • Attend weekly team meetings, contributing figures and taking relevant notes
  • Maintain great relationships with all staff and clients
  • Assist with the review and improvement of internal processes
  • Supporting the wider finance team
