Key Responsibilities:

Perform Store Opening/ Closing Duties. Include balancing cash registers, health & safety checks, preparation of trading materials and products, cleaning & stock management.
Support stock management, deliveries & returns.
Maintain adequate stock levels for store performance and sales.
Execute any instore promotions and keep eyes on POSM materials as instructed by store manager.
Ensure Customer Service delivered is aligning company's standards.
Handle instore complaints as instructed by the store manager/ supervisor.
Follow company best practice & policies.
Ensuring Product delivered to customers are aligning with company's quality standards.
