Description
Our client in Warminster has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced full time Private Client Secretary to provide support within their family department.
Responsibilities:
- Audio typing, preparing and amending documents
- Making/receiving calls
- Aiding other members of staff when required
- Liaising with Accounts department, obtain cheques, print outs etc.
- Assisting fee earner with collating and scheduling documents for form E's trail bundles and briefs to counsel etc
- Photocopying, filling, admin duties
Experience:
- Audio Typing
- Audio skills
- Previous Family experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to deal with clients, intermediaries and other contacts
- It office systems
Qualifications/Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Oanisational skills along with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience in the legal profession is preferable but not essential.

Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
