**Construction Design Technician
East Grinstead
£32,500 - £40,000**We are currently seeking an Expereinced Design Technician, with a background in New Build Developments.
This on behalf of our client based in East Grinstead, a busy local Developer.

As a Design Technician you will be responsible for the accurate, complete preparation of detailed Construction Drawings and Design proposals.


Responsibilities:


  • Meeting Clients & Project Managers to go through design requirements and ideas as a Design Technician
  • Support design proposals with the production of 3D Visuals
  • Preparing detailed design proposals as a Design Technician

Requirements:


  • Extensive Experience in AutoCAD
  • Extensive Experience in Adobe Photoshop
  • Back ground in construction / new build developments
  • Full UK Driving Licence
