Description
Provide an effective and comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.

  • Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including updating and accurately maintaining the company database
  • Assist in implementing HR Policies and Procedures
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities and Induction process for new starters etc
  • Producing confidential reports and information; letters; memos for management
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Answering telephone calls and message taking
  • Coordinate and process general administrative work
  • Ensure compliance with

  • Any ad hoc duties deemed necessary by Management

Job Types:

Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
